  • How do I measure for crowns?
    To know what size crowns you need, you'll need a tailor's tape (soft measuring tape). Next, wrap the measuring tape around the head where you want the crown to rest. The measurement taken will be the head measurement. Select from the available crown choices that best fits your needs.
  • What are my size options?
    There are many size options available. Please refer to the al la carte page to learn more about sizing options.
  • Are the floral creations natural?
    Yes! Each piece is created using sola flowers, derived from the bark of the solapith plant. For more information on sola flowers, please see "Our Mission" page. As a proponent of all things natural and sustainable, we strive to adorn each piece with natural and/or preserved greenery/filler as well.
  • How do I care for and store my sola flower piece?
    All our floral pieces need airflow due to their natural origin. Upon package arrival, open immediately. If some of the sola flower petals have wilted during transit, spritz with water and reshape the petals once pliable. Allow to dry for 24-48 hours. Keep your florals out of direct sunlight, heat and humidity to prevent colors from fading. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent molding. Breathable containers or a space with airflow work perfectly. If your container has a lid, please add a few silica gel packets to absorb excess moisture. Please keep in mind that your florals are delicate. Handle with care and keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    All products are shipped via small packages through USPS or UPS. Rates are automatically calculated in USD depending on your region. Items are shipped within 5 business days of purchase and confirmed payment (excluding custom work). Actual shipping times once product leaves the origin facility may vary. International shipping is offered at this time; however buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, customs and duty fees. Due to new VAT regulations in the EU and the UK, we are currently unable to ship to these regions.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Colors: Floral pieces may lose their colors over time. Following the care instructions shipped with your order or under this FAQ might aid in avoiding color loss. Care for floral pieces are the customer's responsibility and quality of fabric and flowers is not warranted by New Moon Thicket. Refunds and Exchanges: In order to be eligible for a refund or an exchange, customer must first email or message within 30 days of purchase date. Upon receipt of your communication, we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure a reasonable resolution.
